RAWLYN

Opened in 2007, Rawlyn House is a stunning property converted from an old hotel. It is set in the beautiful seaside town of Torquay within a short distance to local shops and amenities.

Rawlyn consists of a large house and a bespoke separate Lodge.

The house has three bedrooms on the ground floor and seven bedrooms upstairs, accessible by a lift. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.

The lodge has six large ensuite bedrooms. Each room is fully customised to each individual’s needs, with jacuzzi baths or showers and ceiling hoists as needed.

Both the House and The Lodge are furnished to an extremely high standard and benefit from large kitchen, lounge and dining rooms, as well as a spacious ‘summer house’ in the grounds, used for sensory and therapeutic activities.

 

Rawlyn House is set in lovely gardens which have been sensitively constructed to enable full access to people with reduced mobility, including adapted wheelchair accessible swings.

The home is situated a five-minute drive away from the picturesque village of Cockington and is within easy reach of the Country Park, Colleges, Leisure Centre, theatre and beaches.
